The Kelly API and Kelly Wire answered in production for the first time, in a staff-gated beta.

• Additive. GET /health, GET /v1/reference and GET /v1/reference/{topic_id} answer without a key; reference entries appear as they are published.
• Additive. Kelly Wire at wss://wire.askkelly.ai/v1, with tickets from POST /v1/wire/tickets and single-topic streams from GET /v1/stream/{topic}.
• Commercial. Calls are metered in credits and nothing is charged during the beta; keys go to Kelly staff only.
