The Kelly API and Kelly Wire answered in production for the first time, in a staff-gated beta.

- **Additive.** `GET /health`, `GET /v1/reference` and `GET /v1/reference/{topic_id}` answer without a key; reference entries appear as they are published.
- **Additive.** Kelly Wire at `wss://wire.askkelly.ai/v1`, with tickets from `POST /v1/wire/tickets` and single-topic streams from `GET /v1/stream/{topic}`.
- **Commercial.** Calls are metered in credits and nothing is charged during the beta; keys go to Kelly staff only.
